1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the dinner reservation service offered by Comolake Dining Experience, hereinafter referred to as "the Reservation Service," Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Reservations
The Customer may reserve tables at the Reservations Service's partner restaurants using the online platform.


3. Cancellation Terms
The Customer may cancel a reservation at no cost within 48 hours prior to the start of the reserved dinner. If the Customer cancels the reservation within this time period, the Reservation Service will not charge the Customer any cost.


4. Penalties for Late Cancellations or No-shows
In case of cancellation by the Client within less than 48 hours from the start of the booked dinner or in case of no-show of the Client without prior notice, the Reservation Service reserves the right to charge the Client a penalty fee, the amount of which will be specified at the time of booking and/or in the terms of use of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability
Reservation Service is not responsible for any changes or cancellations by partner restaurants. In the event of unforeseen events or changes by the restaurants, Reservations Service will attempt to provide alternatives to the Client, but cannot guarantee availability.


6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Reservation Service reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will become effective immediately after the updated versions of the Terms and Conditions are posted on the Booking Service website. Your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

 

7. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Italy and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
